First off. Logan. Is. The. Man. Yes, totally. Because check out who is joining our family….
Yeah, that’s right. The Lion Tamer. Isn’t she beautiful? Oh – she’s also nice too. Which we care about WAY more than beautiful. Plus she’s smart. And tall. Well, tall for a member of our family. (Like the same height as Logan! Good thing he doesn’t have issues with that, because that would be LAAAME.) We love her.
Logan’s been planning to propose for awhile. (When I said they were “rather serious,” I already knew that he was thinking he’d propose on New Year’s Eve. So I figured it was okay to mention her in the blog.) New Year’s Eve, we had a big party at my parents’ place – our whole family was there, and we made sure to invite the Lion Tamer’s family too. Just after the stroke of midnight, during the first few seconds of 2011, Logan got down on one knee. And she said YES!
Then they danced to her favorite song – which now makes me cry. Of course. Welcome to the family, Lion Tamer!
